Quartix. 2+ years, ongoing
A marketing consultant with a difference. 2+ years embedded with Quartix, strategy at the top and hands on the output underneath.
Who I am to them
I'm Quartix's marketing consultant. The difference is that after years working in the fleet industry, I know the buyers and the work. So instead of handing the team a strategy document and disappearing, I stay in it: direction at the top, output at the bottom, and most of the unglamorous bits in between.
It's a relationship, not an engagement. Two years and counting.
What I've done
The list is long. A non-exhaustive cut, in no particular order:
- Built
partners.quartix.com. Sales-facing site, plus the partner portal where partners log in to generate proposals, rental agreements and the pricing flows they need to close a deal. - Redesigned the main site alongside the internal WordPress development team. Navigation, technical SEO, the lot.
- Cookieless attribution wired into Salesforce so the marketing team can actually see what's working post-cookie.
- Pardot audit and restructure.
- SEO and content strategy, executed, not just deck'd.
- Paid media direction across multiple territories.
- AI-generated video for adverts, with a workflow the team can run without me in the room.
- Product messaging support for their development team beyond the WordPress side of the house.
- Globally-aware pricing tables that show the right thing to the right customer in the right country.
The pattern: I name the problem, I do it or build it, the team can run it once it's running.
How the work shows up
Most of it is invisible from the outside. The marketing function looks polished because someone is doing the migration nobody wants to do, the dashboard that finally tells the truth, the proposal generator that lets a partner close a deal without four meetings.
That's the job. A marketing consultant who can actually ship.
Why it works
Six locales (EN-UK, EN-US, FR, DE, ES, IT). One brand, six contexts. The system I've put in underneath is what lets that scale without breaking.
Status
2+ years, ongoing. The deepest single client relationship in the agency.
